Our building systems use a unique technology that combines 100% inert EPS and industry standard steel framing studs. Although some foam plastics are subject to thermal drift or out gassing of blowing agents (which result in decreased thermal efficiency over time); Polycore EPS does not, and will not produce harmful emissions at any time. Steel inserts are an ideal choice for support as they will not shrink, rot or split. Cutting and measurement is done in the factory so when our building systems arrive onsite there is less waste and waste removal than with traditional materials.
