Fully insulated and structural foundations for residential projects without concrete. Polycore wall systems are easy and fast to install, providing a steel framed basement with EPS insulation, in a fraction of the time it takes to pour concrete. Our foundation product has an additional 2" of foam, for a total of 8" of EPS foam combined with galvanized steel providing a R36+ insulated foundation.
