Polycore Grade Beam Series

Polycore Grade Beam Series will eliminate the need to pour concrete grade beams in between your concrete piles. Each grade beam is precision cut and manufactured to ensure a true level finish, far below the price point of traditional concrete. The Grade Beam Series is installed quickly and easily reducing the time involved to prepare for wall completion. The galvanized structural steel studs will support the load of your Infill or Curtain wall system and 8" EPS will provide an insulated envelope below grade. Combined with a Polycore Infill or Curtain Wall System your entire project will be R36+ insulated and ready for finishing.

Polycore Insulated Roof System

Structural Polycore Insulated Roof Systems for commercial applications reduce the materials such as Q-deck, traditionally needed to build an insulated structural commercial roof. The structural steel studs in the Polycore roof system will cut down the number of steel trusses needed by displacing the load requirements over a wider span than traditional materials. Once the Polycore insulated roof panels are mounted on the steel trusses, the roof is ready to be finished with traditional commercial materials. The Infill wall sections will secure to Polycore or concrete grade beams with the use of a steel base track.
