Insulated Roof Sheeting

Polycore can supply exterior insulated roof sheeting for your existing roof ranging from R18+ to R50+, 4" to 12" thick EPS sheeting. A Polly vapor barrier is laid between the existing roof surface and the insulated roof sheeting. The structural steel studs in the insulated roof sheeting will fasten to the base of your roof and allow attachment for steel sheeting or plywood for a shingled roof. The insulated panels are ship lapped designed to ensure that there is no thermal bridge optimizing energy efficiency. The lightweight insulated roof sheeting will restore the energy efficiency of your older roof without putting additional weight load on your existing structure. The Polycore Insulated Roof Sheeting is a simple and cost effective solution to restore energy efficiency in older residential roofs.

Poly-Skirt System

The Polycore Poly-Skirt System will insulate R18+ with 4" EPS panels around the bottom of a mobile home or utility trailer. The Poly-Skirt panels have vinyl strips 24" O/C on the exterior of the panels allowing easy finishing with siding. The average panel size is 35" tall allowing a complete seal often below the grade level, panel sizes can be modified to custom fit any project. An insulated envelope around your mobile home or utility trailer will help to prevent pipes from freezing in winter and reduce the cost of your energy bills.

Poly-Parka System

The Poly-Parka System will provide insulated cladding panels on the exterior of an existing building. Polycore can supply exterior insulated cladding panels for your existing building ranging from R18+ to R50+, 4" to 12" thick EPS Panels. The Poly-Parka panels have vinyl strips 24" O/C on the exterior of the panels allowing easy finishing with siding. The Poly-Parka panels will start below grade and continue up the wall and secure under eve's troughs, panel sizes can be modified to custom fit any project. The Polycore Poly-Parka System is a simple and cost effective solution to restore energy efficiency in older residential exterior walls.
